August 11, 2023, Grünwald – The management directors of Euroboden GmbH, which has issued two corporate bonds with the ISINs DE000A2YNXQ5 and DE000A289EM6, have made the decision to file an application for the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of Euroboden GmbH with the appropriate municipal court in Munich.
The possibility of filing insolvency petitions for Euroboden Group entities is being investigated.
